Our guests arrive and we have a degustation [tasting] in the cool of the cave. Fred has built a suburb wooden bar area that we sit around and compare our 2005 Regnie with the newly bottled 2006.
Wine should be a partner to food, not take it over, as so many of the heavier ‘hairier’wines do. [...]

Sitting in glorious sunshine on the terrace of The Restaurant du Pont having a delicious lunch we are reflecting that it is almost two years ago that we fell in love and bought Maison des Bulliats and its vines in Regnie, Beaujolais, one of the most idylic spots on earth.
Madame Verchere approaches us with the [...]

Last June Fred’s brother was visiting us from Canada, and one evening he took us to eat here, imagine my excitement when I heard the couple on the next table order a bottle of our wine. That also was a first and we felt we had arrived! Don then insisted on ordering a bottle to [...]

The wine was highly praised by the professional buyers and professional restranteurs who will be making this available to the wider market.
We look forward to being able to share these wines with you in your region. If you would [...]
